Co-operations

If testing machines are to meet the highest standards for dental research as regards accuracy and functionality, an intensive transfer of know-how between the mechanical engineers and the dental researchers is indispensable.

That is why, as a matter of principle, we develop our products in close cooperation with leading research institutes in Germany.

At this point we should like to sincerely thank our cooperation partners for their in-depth collaboration with us, and we look forward to the future joint projects.

Polyclinic for dental preservation and peridontology, Munich
Professor Dr. Karl-Heinz Kunzelmann

The dental research institute of the polyclinic for dental preservation is internationally known for its extensive research projects. Automated testing processes demand efficient and reliable testing machines which have to meet specific requirements as regards precision and ease of maintenance.

The institute uses numerous SD Mechatronik testing devices, including various chewing simulators and tooth brushing machines. Project-related ideas developed by the polyclinic's dental research institute and implemented by SD Mechatronik.are typical of the in-depth exchange of know-how. Professor Dr. Karl-Heinz Kunzelmann is one of the most renowned German researchers in the field of dental materials science.
